Psychiatric fees for our Cardiff mental health clinics.
We are very open about our fees and these will be confirmed to you before any consultation or course of treatment.
Fees can vary due to geographical location of the consultation, the individual psychiatrist and levels of experience. If you have any concerns about costs associated with any treatment please contact us.
Payments
We request that payment is made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If payment is not received then the appointment will be cancelled.
You can pay by debit or credit card on the telephone by calling 03456-252-252.
Bank transfers are an acceptable form of payment and these details can be provided upon engagement of any sort of work / request.
Our services are covered by a number of insurance companies including:
- Pru Health
- Aviva
- WPA
- Cigna
You should always check with your insurer before booking a session that any consultation or treatment will be covered by them. Usually payment is required to us for the session and you have to reclaim the cost subsequently from your insurer.
Our Cancellation Policy and Missed Appointment Policy
Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know if you would like to cancel an appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 but more than 24 hours’ notice are usually charged at half price.
Regrettably cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice before the appointment or non-attended appointments without any prior notice are charged at the full price.
